Dear self doubter......

Dear self doubter...

You don't need the perfect pose, lighting, and angels to show your beauty. Likes won't bring your happiness. You are already wonderful just the way you are.

"I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful. I know that full well." - Psalm 139:14

You don't need to dress in revealing clothing to reveal your worth. You are already worthy & people will see that through how you carry yourself and live your life.

"She is clothed with strength and dignity; she can laugh at the days to come." -Proverbs 31:25

You don't need to worry if you can do it. You are stronger than you think, give yourself a little more credit.

" I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." - Philippians 4:13

You don't need to rely on others to build you & your confidence up. If you are kind, doing the right thing and sticking true to your value, you can stand firm in who you are.

"God is within her, she will not fall; God will help her at break of day." -Psalms 46:5

I get it....we tend to be our own worse critic & we doubt ourselves often. I used to think that I wasn't smart enough.

I use to have to spend extra time in the dressing room waiting for my eyes not to be so red from the tears that I wasn't pretty or thin enough.

I assumed that I couldn't really do hard things/go for my goals, I just figured that was just something only more outgoing people could do.

Thank goodness I'm not at that place anymore, and you shouldn't be there either. Over time I let go of those lies that were telling me that I wasn't good enough... those lies that caused me to doubt myself.

... And if you are holding on to any of these lies...it's time to let them go!

Look at all you have already done.

Look at all the people who love and cherish you.

Look at all you've been through, and you are now on the other side stronger than before!

You are able.

You are worthy.

You are strong.

You are already wonderful.

.......never doubt that.
